The Alexander County Sheriff's Office is located in the Alexander County Law Enforcement building located at 91 Commercial Park Avenue and patrols the remainder of Alexander County not in the Town limits, responding to calls related to traffic, legal matters, domestic disturbances and any other county matter.

The office is open 24 hours a day. The Sheriff's Office is comprised of:
